About the Position
Sales Associate Concessions - ECI Lisboa (24 hrs / week)
PUMA is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at El Corte Inglés de Lisboa, working 24 hours per week with an indefinite contract. If you embody SPEED & SPIRIT and align with our core values of being driven, vibrant, together, and authentic, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure individual performance consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, KPIs, and profitability through PUMA's brand values.
- Provide high standards of customer experience in the store, in line with our values.
- Assist in processing the entry and exit of products from the store.
- Replenish merchandise according to sales generated.
- Ensure the execution and maintenance of all visual guidelines, ensuring the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
- Participate in and successfully complete all required training for the role.
- Support the correct implementation of promotional activities in the store.
- Maintain the physical conditions of the store according to applicable guidelines and communicate any maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure the prevention of product losses in the store by complying with PUMA's Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of previous experience in sales roles.
- Ability to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Customer orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Problem-solving orientation.
- Effective communication skills.
- English knowledge is valued.
