Sales Associate Trainee

About the Position

We are looking for a Sales Associate Trainee to join our Commercial Team in Lisbon. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, contribute to business development activities, and help us achieve our sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current and new prospective customers, representing the company.
• Identify key decision makers and develop new business opportunities.
• Articulate solutions and services tailored to client-specific needs.
• Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities.
• Work closely with the Commercial Team to achieve sales KPIs.
• Undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales Executives.

Requirements

• Maximum of 1 year of experience in business development activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
