Responsibilities

As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from leads to closing, including customer onboarding. Your tasks will include:

  • Receiving leads, initiating contact, and qualifying potential clients
  • Analyzing and understanding customer needs, activities, challenges, and pain points
  • Presenting CRM software by providing tailored demonstrations according to the customers' needs
  • Providing customized quotes and negotiating contract conditions

Requirements

  • Strong business knowledge and curiosity
  • Genuine interest in IT and software
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical vision & fighting spirit
  • Strong relational & negotiation skills
  • Good organizational skills

  • Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy
  • Previous experience in the IT sector
