Responsibilities

Preparing invoices, sorting delivery orders, and supporting pricing administration.
Updating delivery control, checking cycle count, making debit notes, and downloading barcode delivery.
Conducting general administrative functions and support.

Requirements

Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably from Business Administration/Management/Secretarial major.
Basic to intermediate knowledge in general office administration.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
Keen to learn and proactive.
Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle multitasking work.

We Offer

Full-time paid internship
