About the Position

Lightspeed is growing fast and as a result we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Ghent. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, helping customers with payment applications, processing sales adjustments, all while supporting the local sales teams in Ghent with administrative tasks post sales.

You’ll need to thrive on complex problems, be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.

Responsibilities

  • Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.
  • Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
  • Process hardware shipments.
  • Work with customers to resolve billing and subscriptions inquiries.
  • Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative function
  • Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite. Salesforce would be an added bonus.
  • Remarkable communication skills
  • Perfect written and spoken English
  • Team player who works collaboratively to achieve common goals
