About the Position
Sales / Customer Service Executive
We are seeking a Sales / Customer Service Executive to join our team at STEP IT Academy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

We are an officially accredited institute by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport in Cambodia, offering associate degree programs, short courses, and training programs for corporate clients.
Our mission is to be the best training institution in Cambodia, providing quality education that meets market demands and guaranteeing well-paid jobs for our graduates.
Working Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries on social media
- Provide information via phone
- Promote our programs and courses
- Support student registration
- Assist daily office operations and team
Requirements
Core Skills
- Strong English
- Native Khmer
- Confident PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
Secondary Skills
- Proactive
- Flexible
- Eager to grow
- Interest in technology
