  • Data & Insights: Managing all activity in Salesforce to track your performance, identify trends, and consistently over-perform against quota.
  • Representing the Brand: Leveraging social selling and representing EcoVadis at industry events to build our presence in the market.

Requirements

  • A Sales-First Mindset: A proactive approach and enthusiasm for building a sales career. Strong resilience and the ability to navigate objections.
  • Cold Calling Confidence: You have experience (or a desire to be in a role) picking up the phone and the ability to engage busy decision-makers professionally.
  • Technical Literacy: Building familiarity with the modern sales stack, specifically AI tooling (Claude & Gemini), Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft.
  • The "EcoVadis" Edge: A natural curiosity for Sustainability, ESG, or CSR. If you have experience in these areas, that’s a massive plus.
  • Coachability & Growth: A self-starter mentality with an openness to feedback and a desire to constantly improve your "game."
  • Organizational Mastery: The ability to stay focused, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high-volume outreach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Strong active listening skills and the ability to map EcoVadis’ value directly to a prospect’s commercial goals and ROI.
