About the Position

Creatio is a global vendor of a one-platform solution to automate industry workflows and CRM with no-code and a maximum degree of freedom. As a rapidly expanding company with a global team of 700+ dedicated professionals, 700+ partners, and thousands of customers operating in 100+ countries, Creatio is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in London, supporting the UKI region.

In this fully on-site role, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, prospecting for new opportunities, and setting the stage for strong client relationships in the low-code automation and CRM market. This critical role supports Creatio's sales pipeline by qualifying leads, collaborating closely with the sales team, and acting as a bridge between marketing initiatives and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients, identify and qualify sales opportunities, and generate interest in Creatio's products
  • Understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed of industry trends in CRM and low-code automation
  • Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics
  • Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline
  • Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and helping drive revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.)
  • Familiarity with low-code development and CRM software, with an understanding of how these technologies impact businesses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Skilled in cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting
  • Ability to analyze data, evaluate prospect engagement metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights
  • Proven ability to handle multiple accounts, leads, and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Ability to understand client needs and pain points, positioning Creatio's value proposition effectively
  • Customer-centric mindset, self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player
