About the Position
Sales Development Representative

Belkins, a leading appointment-setting agency, is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving success for our clients by engaging with potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality appointments.
Responsibilities
- Reaching out to potential B2B clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to spark conversations and book qualified meetings.
- Running outbound cold calling campaigns on behalf of clients from various industries.
- Representing multiple companies and helping them grow their sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
- Crafting personalized messages and tailoring your communication style to different audiences.
- Building strong relationships with prospects through follow-ups and smart objection handling.
- Tracking your results, sharing insights, and contributing ideas to make campaigns even more successful.
- Using tools like HubSpot, Expandi.io, Reply.io, Instantly, Google Workspace, and Calendly to stay organized and efficient.
- Participating in team and client calls, primarily with the US and European markets.
Requirements
- Communicate with clarity, confidence, and can build lasting relationships.
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working with clients across European and US time zones.
- At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a client-facing role, ideally with a strong background in lead generation and managing multiple campaigns.
- Proactive, reliable, and always looking for smart ways to solve problems.
- Familiar with sales tools, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and creating meaningful connections.
