Sales Development Representative
Location: Mayfair, London, United Kingdom

Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team to close.
- Serve as the first point of contact with prospects.
- Reach and exceed weekly/monthly goals.
- Identify, execute, and follow-up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting and lead utilization.
- Responsible for acquiring prospect data from initial conversation.
- Take inbound calls and follow up on inbound opportunities.
- Make an average of 150 outbound calls (to inbound leads) per day.
- Anticipate customer needs and concerns, and maintain knowledge of problems and issues facing the customer.
- Educate and qualify leads to create sales.
- Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
Requirements
- Proven ability to sell with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Ability to articulate our value proposition via webinars, online demos, phone, and email.
- Experience identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Great attitude, high motivation, and a passion for growth.
