Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in London and contribute to our next chapter of growth.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to key stakeholders within Webflow’s target accounts.
• Lead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone, and social media.
• Qualify outbound leads, maintain engagement with new and existing leads, and identify new opportunities.
• Receive coaching from the leadership team to hone sales skills and prepare for future roles.
• Establish rapport with all levels of buyers, including senior executives.
• Log activities and keep CRM information up to date in Salesforce.
• Refine messaging and sales prospecting techniques.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to iterate on lead generation campaigns.
• Become a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition to potential customers.
• Travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas and driving high-volume lead generation.
• Business-level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking German.
• BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.
