Responsibilities
- メール／電話／チャットによるインバウンドの問合せ対応
- アウトバウンド施策（電話・メール・SNS・ウェビナー等）の企画・実行
- 国内外の展示会・イベントでのブース対応・リード獲得（年数回出張あり）
- 見込み顧客のリサーチとアカウントマッピング
- マーケティングキャンペーンのフィードバックおよび改善策の提案
- パイプラインの創出とCRMでのリード管理
- チームプロセス／ポリシー策定への参画
Requirements
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 高校および大学で優秀な学業成績を収めていること
- ビジネスとテクノロジーへの情熱
