About the Position
Sales Development Representative, VDR (Serbia)
Ideals is a global B2B SaaS product company recognized as the most highly rated and customer-centric brand in the secure business collaboration market. We are building a brand-new Inside Sales SDR team in Serbia for the Ideals VDR product, and hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join us.
Backed by a great product, supportive leadership, and a global go-to-market playbook, you’ll focus on driving new customer adoption across the EMEA region – with a focus on M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Legal, and Corporate Development, among other sectors where secure, high-stakes deal-making is critical.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across EMEA
- Research target persona dealmakers such as M&A advisors, CFOs, and legal teams to deliver an impactful initial contact
- Book qualified product demos for Account Executives
- Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport
- Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to EMEA markets
- Strong business communication skills in English – verbal and written
- Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers
- Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast
- Fast learning ability and tech-savviness with CRMs and sales tools
Nice to Have
- Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
- Familiarity with M&A, due diligence, or financial services workflows
- Additional European languages, particularly German and French
