Sales Development Representative with German

Veeam Software, a leader in data resilience and security, is seeking a Sales Development Representative with German to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating new business opportunities and supporting our sales team through proactive outreach and strategic lead discovery.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via telephone and email to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Utilize internal and external tools to generate leads and uncover new markets.
• Provide product information, quotations, and support to qualified prospects.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to participate in key activities, events, and customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and activity reports in CRM systems.
• Contribute to team training and onboarding of new sales associates.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
• Efficiency in MS Office automation tools.
• Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency with SalesForce.
• Knowledge of French (minimum B2 level).
