Responsibilities

Generate new leads and solicit business relationships with new clients
Attain and exceed annual sales targets
Proactively cross-sell and upsell the firm's solutions and services
Drive sourcing, building, and delivery of RFPs for named accounts
Actively participate in forecasting revenue
Use Salesforce effectively to manage the sales process, lead generation to close, and maintain relevant data
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities from qualified client prospects
Develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding client base
Collaborate with global operations to identify and develop service and solution offerings to meet client needs

Requirements

Must have:
- Experience in business development and consulting the financial industry
- Ability to drive and meet top-line, bottom-line, and growth targets
- Track record in successfully engaging new markets and new clients across the region
- Team builder and enabler; professional manager
- Achieve New Business sales wins to exceed target supported by local cross-functional support teams and the Sales Director
