About the Position
We are seeking a Sales Director, Commercial for our Philadelphia office. This role is pivotal in leading our sales team in the Mid-Atlantic region, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Overall Responsibility: Oversee district sales, third-party alliances, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Development: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance Commvault’s market presence.
- Leadership: Act as a coach, mentor, and educator for all Sales Representatives within the district.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of software sales management experience.
- Technical Knowledge: High-level understanding of software and infrastructure products and services.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to articulate products and services, strong coaching and mentoring skills.

Pay Range
$170,000 - $255,300 USD
