About the Position
Sales Director - Tech
This role will play a central part in redefining the company’s market positioning as an end-to-end IT infrastructure and consulting partner.
Responsibilities
- Leading and structuring the commercial organization.
- Defining and executing potential markets and growth strategies.
- Redesigning sales processes and strategies.
- Driving modernization of commercial operations (tools, methodology, positioning).
- Strengthening marketing strategy and commercial positioning.
- Managing and expanding relationships with clients and providers.
- Leading and managing major client contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and/or technology consulting.
- Experience within value-added reseller (VAR), enterprise IT solutions, or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking, data centers, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
- Experience in managing client and vendor partnerships.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Czech.
