主な業務内容

• 大手顧客を担当するエンタープライズAE (Account Executive)チームをリードし、育成する。Everpureのカルチャーとバリューをチームの日々の活動に根づかせる。

• 事業の成長に合わせて、AEの採用とオンボーディングを行う。

• AI活用に向けたデータ基盤整備、サイバーレジリエンス、ハイブリッド/マルチクラウドのデータ管理といったテーマで、チームが戦略的な提案を行えるよう支援する。

• セールスエンジニア、パートナーアカウントマネージャー、インサイドセールスなど、関連部門と連携し、顧客戦略とパートナー戦略を整合させる。

• 主要KPI(パイプライン拡大、パートナーとの連携、売上予測の精度、PoC管理)の達成を牽引し、目標の4倍以上のパイプラインを維持する。

• 主要な顧客・パートナーとの商談に自ら同席して範を示し、メンバー全員が目標達成・超過達成できるようコーチングする。

• 東京都内および全国のお客様・パートナー先へ定期的に訪問し、現場に近い立場で事業を推進する。

• 年間の受注目標、新規顧客獲得、AEの営業目標達成を実現する。

• 週次でアクティビティとパイプラインの状況をレビューし、課題を早期に把握して解消する。

• データやAIを活用した営業ツールも取り入れながら分析的に課題を解決し、チームの戦略を策定する。

• 明確さ・一貫性・説明責任をもってパフォーマンスをマネジメントする。

求める経験・スキル

• ハイテク業界(AI、データマネジメント、ソフトウェア、SaaSなど)における、フィールドセールスのマネジメント経験5年以上

• 競争の激しい市場における、ストレージまたはコアITインフラ領域での営業マネジメント経験(尚可)

• 大手企業のIT部門およびIT部門責任者への営業実績

• 日本のSIerおよびディストリビューターのエコシステムにおける、パートナー経由の営業モデルの構築・運営経験

• 優秀な営業人材の採用、育成、定着に成功した実績

• 経営層に対しても、Everpureの価値を明確かつ説得力をもって伝えられる、優れた文章力・コミュニケーション力

• 高い組織運営力を持ち、プロセスを重視し、細部まで丁寧に取り組む姿勢

• 複数の優先事項を適切に判断し、問題の本質に迫る力

• 複雑な営業戦略を遂行するために、社内リソース(SE、サポート、マーケティング、グローバルチーム)を動かす力

• CRMおよびセールスイネーブルメントツールの活用スキル

• Japanese: Native level, for working with Japanese customers and partners

• English: Conversational level, for collaborating with global teams
