About the Position

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our innovative team at N2W, a leader in cloud-native Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery solutions for AWS and Azure environments.
About the Role
You’re a cloud-savvy engineer with a passion for problem-solving and a gift for explaining technical concepts in a clear, compelling way. Whether you’re currently in support, DevOps, or solutions architecture, you’re ready to apply your expertise in a customer-facing, strategic role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging demos and presentations that highlight N2W’s capabilities and unique value
- Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to POC to close
- Translate business needs into tailored backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Respond to technical sections of RFPs, proposals, and compliance questionnaires
- Support channel partners and AWS co-sell motions with product expertise
- Stay sharp on cloud trends, competitors, and customer pain points
- Travel occasionally to represent N2W at industry events, summits, and AWS conferences
- Collaborate closely with Product, CS, and Marketing teams to provide feedback and improve GTM efforts
Requirements
- A strong foundation in AWS and/or Azure infrastructure (certifications are a plus, but not required)
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments, cloud networking, IAM, and storage
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with backup, DR, or security tools (native or 3rd party) is a plus
- A consultative approach to problem-solving and solution design
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow
- A team-first mindset with a balance of professionalism and personality
