About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Professional with expertise in the Automotive Industry to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Manufacturing / Aerospace / Rail / Consumer Goods / MedTech sector. This role is based in Remote Germany.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share within the Manufacturing / Aerospace / Rail / Consumer Goods / MedTech sector.
• Strategically manage and cultivate high-value Tier-1 and OEM accounts.
• Serve as the central interface between the client's purchasing departments and internal engineering teams.
• Lead complex contractual negotiations and identify new business opportunities in emerging technologies.
• Secure contracts and high-volume production agreements.

Requirements

• Profound understanding of the Manufacturing / Aerospace / Rail / Consumer Goods / MedTech industry.
• Proven track record in high-value B2B sales and key account management.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen.
• Technical literacy to translate complex customer specifications into actionable data.
• Fluency in professional corporate English.
• Deep familiarity with the Manufacturing / Aerospace / Rail / Consumer Goods / MedTech RFQ process.
• Agility to navigate fast-evolving market trends.
