For our client – a well-established and fast-growing international company in the field of transport and logistics, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team in Sofia. The role is focused on business development and client acquisition within the ocean and air freight segment, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s logistics and freight forwarding services to new and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from identifying potential clients to closing deals
  • Actively generate new business through targeted prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings
  • Build and develop a strong portfolio of B2B clients
  • Prepare tailored offers and negotiate commercial terms with local and international customers
  • Develop long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams responsible for the execution of transport services

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B or service sales
  • Experience in logistics / freight forwarding or international trade is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Proven ability in sales and negotiations
  • Ability to build and maintain a professional network
  • Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
