Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures.
- Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support auditors by coordinating their requests and ensuring closure.
- Actively gather potential customer information and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and agreements.
- Schedule and coordinate Business Development calls and activities.
- Assist in developing and executing local sales campaigns as directed by the Business Development or Account Managers.
- Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and business outreach activities.
- Regularly review personal sales performance and submit timely reports.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the CRM system (Companion database).
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events within allocated budgets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of full-time, hands-on experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly self-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Practical experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) industry is required.
