About the Role
- Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures
- Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
- Support auditors by coordinating their requests and ensuring closure
- Actively gather potential customer information and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and agreements
- Schedule and coordinate Business Development calls and activities
- Assist in developing and executing local sales campaigns as directed by the Business Development or Account Managers
- Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and business outreach activities
- Regularly review personal sales performance and submit timely reports
- Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the CRM system (Companion database)
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events within allocated budgets
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements
- 2-3 years of full-time, practical experience in sales or related functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) sector
