What You Bring
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an independent financial advisor, as a sales professional at a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization, or as a consultant specializing in financial services at a top-tier management consulting firm.

- Ownership: You take exceptional pride in every aspect of your work and hold yourself accountable for delivering high-quality results.
- Superb communication: You practice intentional dialogue, listen thoughtfully, and share your perspective clearly with others.
- Resilience: You demonstrate unwavering determination to achieve success, even in the face of adversity.
- Assurance: You bring confident, ego-less judgment; a strong knowledge base; the ability to discover the unknown; and openness to differing perspectives.
- Creative problem solving: You look beyond identifying problems and bring an instinctively creative approach to overcoming roadblocks.
