About the Position

Sales Intern (US Shifts)

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience in lead generation. You'll help us spot promising UI/UX projects on Upwork and keep our lead list fresh and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Upwork regularly for new UI/UX project postings
• Carefully read and analyze each project to determine whether it matches our ideal client profile
• Conduct additional research on potential clients by finding their profiles on LinkedIn or Facebook
• Add qualifying leads to a designated spreadsheet within 5 minutes of posting
• Work the evening shift (5 PM – 1 AM), ideal for those who prefer late-day hours

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate level of English, with good reading and comprehension skills
• Ability to quickly and accurately assess project relevance
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Diligence and reliability in maintaining focus during the selected shift
• Previous experience with lead generation, online research, or freelance platforms (like Upwork) would be a strong advantage
