About the Position

Looking to learn more about tech sales?

Our Sales department in Dubai is looking for dynamic fresh graduates to join the Odoo family through our structured 6-week Sales Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the IT industry, expand your business knowledge, and learn directly from experienced sales professionals.

Throughout the program, interns will shadow our Sales Executives and gain exposure to the full sales cycle, from identifying business opportunities and understanding client needs to software demonstrations, negotiation, and closing processes. You will observe how our teams interact with SMBs across different industries and gain insight into how businesses operate and grow through technology solutions.

This internship is primarily office-based in Dubai and can lead to future full-time opportunities at Odoo for top-performing interns.

Responsibilities

• Shadow members of the sales team during client calls, product demos, and meetings to learn the sales process in a technology company environment.
• Observe and learn how sales representatives manage client communication and professional relationships.
• Participate in internal sales training sessions, team meetings, and strategy discussions.
• Shadow sales meetings, training sessions, and, in some cases, in-person client meetings.
• Learn about the company’s technology products, services, and target industries.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.

Requirements

• Based in the UAE.
• Valid residency and medical insurance.
• Strong self-motivation.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a nice-to-have.
• Ability to cope with rejection.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
