About the Position
Hello! We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager with experience on a related position to join our growing team. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients, understand the IT market, and want to contribute to business growth - we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound channels;
- Conduct sales calls, discovery meetings, and product/service presentations;
- Manage the full sales cycle - from introduction call to closing the deal;
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients;
- Provide changes and proactively initiate improvements to the sales processes;
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful project onboarding;
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- Up to 1.5 years of experience in sales (preferably in IT, SaaS, or tech-related fields);
- Experience in outsourcing or outstaffing IT companies;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trustful relationships with clients;
- Strong capability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions;
- Upper-intermediate English or higher;
- Experience working with international clients (US/EU markets is a plus);
- Understanding of software development cycles and tech terminology;
- Active and well-maintained LinkedIn profile and experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
- Self-driven, results-oriented, focused on client success.
