About the Position
We are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in iGaming, digital marketing, and affiliate marketing to join our team in a remote or on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new iGaming clients (brands and operators).
- Conduct initial discovery calls and lead qualification.
- Present the agency, services, and case studies.
- Build custom marketing strategies tailored to client goals (channels, models, budgets).
- Close deals, launch partnerships, and drive upsells.
- Coordinate with media buying, affiliate, and operations teams.
- Manage CRM, track deal stages, and maintain accurate forecasts.
- Participate in industry conferences and work with inbound and offline leads.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, digital marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing.
- Understanding of performance marketing: paid traffic, CPA / RevShare models, funnels, KPIs, LTV, ROI.
- Ability to run consultative sales calls, present services, and clearly explain value propositions.
- Confident spoken and written English and Ukrainian/Russian.
- Strong discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Experience working with different client types: small businesses and large iGaming operators.

- Existing network of contacts in the iGaming industry.
- Experience selling performance-based models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
- Participation in iGaming conferences (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, etc.).

- Strong trust-building and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high communication speed.
