We are seeking a highly proactive and business-driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our client base. You will be responsible for opening new accounts, establishing relationships with prospective clients, and driving initial engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage new potential clients in the IT outsourcing sector.
  • Manage the full early-stage sales cycle: outreach, qualification, discovery, and handover to the technical team.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, primarily in the US market.
  • Attend international conferences, networking events, and industry meetups to build connections and generate business opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of activity across communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT outsourcing or software development services sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients.
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, drive processes, and deliver results.
  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Based in Europe and able to travel for conferences and client events.
