About the Role

Your role is to manage the relationship with distributors and key accounts, drive sales growth, and foster customer loyalty of Sound United brands. Help distributors grow the business through performance management. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales objectives. Establish the strategic sales direction and develop new sales channels while providing feedback from the market. Identify, develop, and new sales opportunities through proactive promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & profit targets.
  • Develop online sales channels, sales innovation, and strong individual commitment to sales excellence.
  • Search for new customers, especially in B2B areas, and develop new accounts to grow sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with teams in Korea and globally to establish sales strategies for responsible products.
  • Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Create sales proposals and promote collaboration with customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of the full product/service offering, and align to provide a solution.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years’ sales/key accounts management experience in Home AV-related products.
  • Must have experience with speaker brand sales with acoustic products knowledge.
  • Excellent business negotiation and business relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated outstanding sales achievement over several years in home AV products.
  • Deep understanding of the online & e-commerce landscape in Korea.
  • Mature selling skills and interpersonal techniques.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, maturity to handle multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Hands-on mentality, flexible, independent worker with creative drive, take initiative, open-minded, organizer, clear, and open communicator.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, sales, and marketing, or related field.
