Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will tackle the exciting challenge of driving sales in the dynamic field of payment solutions. You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract activation, targeting large international B2B deals within the crypto processing and payment solutions sectors. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to engage with international clients and develop strategic partnerships, all while contributing to the company's growth in a high-impact role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and first outreach to contract signing and first transaction activation.
  • Develop and close large international B2B deals within the crypto processing and payment solutions sectors.
  • Leverage founder network, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers across different markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, sales reporting, forecasting, and contribute to the development of scalable sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of independently closing high-value B2B deals with measurable commercial results.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles (6โ€“24 months) and engaging multiple decision-makers throughout the buying process.
  • Strong background in high-risk industries such as gambling, crypto, forex, payments, or related verticals.
  • Experience working with international clients across multiple regions, including Europe, LATAM, and/or North America.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, sales reporting, and process optimization.
