About the Position
Рекрутингова агенція з глибоким особистим підходом у підборі кадрів в області IT наразі активно розширює свою команду і шукає спеціаліста B2B продажів, чий фокус - розширення присутності компанії на ринках ЄС та США. Компанія шукає досвідченого IT Sales Manager, який зможе збільшити кількість клієнтів на цих ринках. Цілі компанії амбітні, тому вони чекають захопленого своєю справою продавця з відмінними навичками та гарним досвідом.
Responsibilities
- Активно шукати можливих нових клієнтів, виявляти потреби, наповнювати воронку лідів.
- Вести регулярне спілкування з потенційними клієнтами (особисті зустрічі для клієнтів з України, телефон, пошта, месенджери та ін.)
- Розширювати зону взаємодії з потенційним клієнтом, встановлювати та закріплювати взаємини з менеджментом компанії, виявляти потреби, формувати цінні пропозиції та проактивно їх презентувати клієнту.
- Складання персоналізованих комерційних пропозицій та презентацій для клієнтів.
Requirements
- Досвід роботи у сфері IT
- Вища освіта, інтерес до сфери IT та готовність розвиватися
- Відмінне розуміння корпоративних процесів продажу та закупівель
- Чудові навички комунікації та управління проектами
- Вільна англійська
