About the Position

Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager with 1+ year experience in IT Sales or lead generation to join our team. Fluent in English, strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients
• Analyze and understand the prospect’s business and challenges
• Conducting sales calls and meetings
• Prepare assessments, proposals, and presentations
• Close deals
• Systematically identify and solve problems with clients
• Record keeping of all sales-related activities into our CRM system
• Work closely with Lead generation, Recruiting, and Engineering teams in order to analyze and foster opportunities
• Align with senior leadership to support sales plans and strategies

Requirements

• Experience in IT Sales or lead generation from 1 year
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• B2 or higher level of English, both oral and written
• Active user of LinkedIn
• Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the clients' needs
• Ability to organize and prioritize own work, be flexible, and meet deadlines
• Be a team player
• Additional foreign languages will be a plus
