Location: Flexible/ Würzburg with presence time

Responsibilities

  • Convince customers of our SaaS solution BOTfriends X in presentations and show them possible applications.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Actively participate in exciting conferences and events to win potential clients.
  • Work closely with other business units such as Solutions, Marketing, or Product.
  • Plan, coordinate, and control the communication of all customer-related activities with sole responsibility.
  • Seamlessly document all sales activities in HubSpot and analyse data-driven processes to optimise KPIs such as conversion rates or time to sell.
  • Process deals and tenders and conduct contract negotiations for offers.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in direct B2B enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding high-level decision-making revenue targets in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Experience in building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with senior-level contacts within the Fortune 1000 environment.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management in CRM tools.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and track the entire sales process.
  • Ability to present complex software solutions to customers in a strategic way.
  • Open and cool personality, highly professional appearance, and not fond of typical sales phrases.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and identification with the startup culture.
  • Very good German and English skills.
