Sales Manager (B2B, marketing and PR services)

About the Position

Join Luxury Brand Consulting LLC as a Sales Manager specializing in B2B marketing and PR services. Remote position with flexible hours and competitive salary.

Responsibilities

• Making phone/email sales, negotiating & closing deals
• Meeting or exceeding KPIs in sales
• Administering clients’ records in CRM
• Establishing, developing, and keeping positive business and customer relationships
• Handling clients’ requests/questions in a timely manner, walking an extra mile for customer’s satisfaction
• Taking part in creation of strategic sales plans that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence, implementing them and analyzing the results
• Reporting to the Management in regards to sales plans and forecasts
• Identifying and implementing ways of increasing leads and sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales and lead generation, understanding of sales processes and dynamics
• Work experience with foreign B2B clients (US/EU)
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
• Excellent verbal and written communicative skills, including telecommunications and email correspondence
• Strong self-management skills
• High School diploma or higher education
• Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM skills

Nice to Have

• Educational background or work experience in marketing or PR
