We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This role is full-time and offers the flexibility of remote work. If you have a proven track record in closing sales for warehouse automation solutions and are ready to take full responsibility for sales opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Own sales opportunities in Spain, Italy, and Portugal from identification to closing.
• Drive customers through the journey to adopt robots, from initial meetings to warehouse visits and contract negotiations.
• Represent our company, products, services, and culture with customers.
• Develop collaborations with potential partners to identify opportunities.
• Map and understand key prospect targets to develop tactics and strategies.
• Support or drive upsell efforts depending on customers.
• Support Nomagic presence in industry trade fairs and marketing events.
• Proactively suggest improvements in our funnel activities to increase the conversion rate.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in intralogistics & automation sales, including the ability to drive customer workshops on solution design.
• Strong network of contacts in the warehousing industry.
• Summit climber: High ambitions and relentless work towards success.
• Fluent/native Spanish required; professional English, Italian a strong plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing startup environment.
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
