About the Position
We are an international online programming school for children and young people. We teach in over 40 countries, our community counts more than 30,000 students, and our team is made up of over 700 professional tutors. The essence of the role: You will be responsible for conducting demonstration programming lessons for children and their parents via Zoom, combining the role of mentor and expert. Your goal will be, through an interactive 60-minute session (in which the child, under your guidance, completes practical and engaging exercises), to understand the family's needs and demonstrate the value of learning with Kodland.

Requirements
- Experience in sales, negotiation, or customer experience management.
- Ability to build a relationship of trust with both adults (parents) and children.
- Excellent communicator and effective presenter.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Experience in teaching, coaching, running webinars, or public speaking is a great advantage.
- Reliable computer/laptop (Windows/Mac) and a quality internet connection.
