About the Position

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate excels in cold sales, can create and defend compelling presentations, and actively develops their network. They are someone who is not afraid to initiate dialogue, deeply understands client needs, and offers relevant marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting cold sales and actively seeking new clients
  • Generating leads (lead generation) through various channels
  • Parsing and collecting relevant contacts of potential clients
  • Expanding and managing the contact base
  • Initial processing of incoming and outgoing leads
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Participating in and networking within professional communities
  • Searching for and implementing technical solutions for client search automation
  • Preparing presentation materials
  • Developing commercial proposals
  • Conducting presentations and defending them in front of clients
  • Leading negotiations and supporting deals
  • Nurturing clients and increasing their interest
  • Supporting clients through all stages of the sales funnel

Requirements

  • Experience in cold sales and independent client search
  • Understanding of marketing as a comprehensive tool (not just advertising)
  • Experience in selling comprehensive services
  • Ability and willingness to regularly attend offline events (events, conferences, forums)
  • Ability to create and defend presentations
  • Developed empathy and ability to understand client needs
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • High level of internal motivation
  • Responsibility and reliability in task completion
  • Decisiveness in decision-making and negotiations
  • Ability to work effectively independently
  • Proactiveness and initiative in work

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a marketing agency
  • Having your own contact base and networking
  • English proficiency at B2+ level
