Sales manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the MilTech sector. Join The Fourth Law and contribute to enhancing Ukraine's defense capabilities and scaling Ukrainian MilTech solutions internationally.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the sales process within the company.
• Participate in industry events and exhibitions, networking with partners and market professionals.
• Conduct product presentations for clients.
• Negotiate, prepare, and sign contracts.
• Develop sales through strategic initiatives and proposals.
• Provide technical support and consultations to clients.
• Analyze data and feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Sales Manager position or similar leadership role in sales with proven performance results.
• Experience in engineering, technology, AI, or robotics is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and sales development skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Google services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English at least at the B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with government entities, NGOs, and military units.
• FPV drone piloting skills and practical experience.
