About the Position
We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in fintech to join our team in Kyiv or remotely, focusing on customer support and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Working with a ready-made pipeline.
- Search for new customers in the fields.
- Processing of incoming applications - warm leads.
- Customer support from the moment of connection to the first payment.
- Organization and work with sales on the platform - sales, increasing the number of customers and profits.
- Creation of new and modernization of existing channels, means and processes.
- Tracking of orders.
Moreover, there are no cold calls at all, because we only work with hot customers, so they are already interested in working with our company.
Requirements
- Experience in sales from 3 years.
- Experience in fintech is a priority.
- Work with CRM.
- Good English (upper-intermediate) - both written and spoken.
- Learns quickly, and can work with a flexible schedule.
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and entrepreneurship.
