About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time position in Kyiv, focusing on client support, market analysis, and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of analytical reports for clients;
  • Technical support for clients in working with the platform: conducting demos and training new clients on platform usage; resolving technical issues for clients;
  • Communication with technical partners;
  • Participation in product development and report automation: research and generating ideas for improving customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint;
  • Basic knowledge of the Adtech market, DSP-platforms, and main advertising formats;
  • Understanding of key metrics in digital marketing and media planning;
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work with large volumes of data;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Willingness and ability to learn, develop quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Skills in data visualization and experience with dashboards.
