Your New Challenge

  • Active sales of our hotel and golf resort with a focus on corporate clients, events, and groups
  • Care for existing customers and targeted expansion of new business relationships
  • Implementation and development of sales strategies
  • Conducting contract and price negotiations
  • Close collaboration with marketing, revenue, and operational departments
  • Market and competitor analysis and deriving concrete measures
  • Representation of our hotel at customer appointments and events

What You Bring

  • Experience in sales management in the hospitality industry – ideally in the upscale segment or golf environment.
  • A keen sense for customer needs, markets, and economic contexts.
  • Negotiation skills, closing strength, and a professional, binding demeanor.
  • Independent work, organizational talent, and strategic thinking.
  • Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing.
  • Team spirit, enthusiasm for sales – and the desire to achieve something together.
