About the Position
Sales Manager (Outbound)

Forget the fluffy job descriptions. We're not looking for someone to "explore synergies" or "build relationships at scale." We need someone who owns the full deal - from finding the right client to signing the contract - and knows how to run LinkedIn and email outbound like a pro. If you're hungry to hustle, close, and sell yourself as confidently as you sell an engineer, keep reading.
Responsibilities
- 🎯 Full-cycle sales - building your own pipeline from scratch and carrying it through to a signed contract
- 🔎 Digging into accounts before you reach out and using that to make the first message actually land
- 📩 Launching and running LinkedIn outreach campaigns alongside cold email campaigns
- ✍️ Writing and iterating on outreach messaging - new hooks, offers, and follow-up angles when something stops converting
- 🔥 Keeping email deliverability healthy - warm-up, bounce rate, sender reputation
- 📊 Tracking your own outbound metrics - replies, positive replies, booked calls - and adjusting based on what the numbers tell you
- 💡 Bringing new tools and ideas to the table - if something works better than what we have, we'll switch
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, ideally in IT staff augmentation / outstaffing
- Full-cycle sales experience - from sourcing to closing
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher for effective client communication
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outbound and email outbound tools (Snov.io, LinkedHelper or similar) - or maybe you've used something else entirely, we'd love to hear what worked for you
- Comfortable writing your own outreach messages, not just sending templates someone else wrote
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude or alternative LLMs
Nice to Have
- Experience building or scaling a partner network
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools like Clay or RB2B
