About the Position

We are Web4Business, a compact IT agency. We have a streamlined workflow and strong technical expertise (with an experienced fullstack developer on staff). We know how to create quality products, and now we are looking for someone who knows how to sell them.

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager / Lead Generator who will take on the task of finding clients.

Responsibilities

• Search for clients for web development (channels of your choice: Upwork, Freelancehunt, LinkedIn, cold outreach, business chats).
• Conduct initial negotiations, gather basic inquiries, and close deals.
• Hand over the client to us for evaluation of the requirements and project implementation.

Requirements

• You understand the specifics of the web development market.
• You know how to communicate with businesses in the language of their benefits.
• You are independent and results-oriented.
