About the Position

Sales Manager (Publicis)

Captify is the leading Search Intelligence Platform for the open web and the largest independent holder of first-party search data outside of Google. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in London, focusing on driving growth across our Publicis agency network.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the programmatic market, preferably within a media agency or media sales, and will be based in our London office. You will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing programmatic revenue opportunities, growing revenue from existing and new accounts, and managing relationships within the Publicis agency network.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, pitching, and closing programmatic revenue opportunities
  • Growing revenue from existing and new accounts
  • Managing all levels of seniority across the Publicis agency patch
  • Updating Salesforce regularly to provide an accurate view of expected revenue
  • Responding to agency briefs with support from commercial teams and sales leads
  • Providing feedback on key brand requirements
  • Staying updated on industry trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and Traders to enhance customer service

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience within the Ad Tech or Programmatic landscape
  • Connections with UK agency partners, particularly Publicis agencies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building internal relationships
  • Highly motivated with a track record of outperforming revenue targets
  • Expertise in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Confidence in forecasting and budgeting
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple workstreams
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and a strong will to succeed
