Sales Manager - Software

Responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads to expand our customer base.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop, plan, manage, and implement sales campaigns targeting specific industries in China.
- Collaboration: Work closely with relevant teams to meet customer needs and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and conduct compelling presentations of our products and services, and negotiate contracts until finalization.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research and initiate marketing campaigns in collaboration with local marketing and product teams.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, with a preference for Supply Chain Optimization/Management software products.
- Relationships: Good relationships with key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT (Director level and above).
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
- International Experience: Experience working in an international environment with coordination across countries/regions and teams.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
