Sales Manager - Structural Heart (Interventional Cardiology)

Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption and growth of FEops HEARTguide across US hospitals, focusing on structural heart programs (e.g., TAVR, LAAO)
- Act as the primary account owner, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement (convincing new hospitals) to long-term account growth (growing business in existing hospitals) - supported by technical team members
- Act as a strategic partner to interventional cardiologists, structural heart teams, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), demonstrating how AI-based, patient-specific planning can improve procedural outcomes and clinical decision-making
- Lead complex, consultative sales processes involving physicians, hospital administration, IT, and reimbursement stakeholders
- Support, coach, and closely collaborate with reseller and medical device company field teams
- Capture, structure, and document all relevant customer interactions in CRM, and combine this with FEops HEARTguide usage data to generate actionable insights that drive account expansion and retention
- Provide in-depth, clinically relevant information and updates on FEops HEARTguide (current and future capabilities), tailored to the needs of physicians and hospital stakeholders
- Lead value-based discussions and maintain consistent follow-up with all stakeholders throughout complex, multi-touchpoint sales cycles, ensuring alignment and momentum toward adoption
- Actively gather and translate market feedback from physicians and clinical teams into insights for product development, clinical validation, and commercial strategy
- Understand and leverage clinical case reports and procedural outcomes, contributing meaningful input and content to marketing and thought leadership initiatives
- Maintain a strong presence in the field (minimum 50% travel), building and nurturing relationships within the interventional cardiology and structural heart community
Requirements
Educational background:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, business, engineering, or a related discipline
Professional experience:
- Strong existing network within US interventional cardiology (required)
- Several years of consultative sales experience in structural heart, cardiovascular devices, or imaging/planning solutions
- Direct experience with structural heart procedures such as TAVR and/or LAAO
- Experience selling AI-based, imaging, or preprocedural planning solutions is highly preferred
- Proven success in hospital-based, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Skills and competencies
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, lead discussions to understand customer needs and link to our solutions, manage multiple stakeholders within the hospital, and develop your network of key opinion-leading physicians
- Deep understanding of structural heart workflows and preprocedural planning
- Ability to engage and influence interventional cardiologists and clinical decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate clinical needs into solutions
- Experience navigating complex hospital ecosystems and reimbursement landscapes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in clinical contexts
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
