Level: Middle

Responsibilities

• Search for clients
• Initial contact with the client, presentation, pitch
• Conducting meetings and negotiations
• Commercial offer (offer)
• Agreement of contract details
• Contract conclusion
• At each stage, mandatory control of client satisfaction with interaction with the company

Requirements

• Knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level +
• Understanding of the specifics of the IT industry
• Experience in forming a client's portrait
• Successful experience in applying sales technologies and understanding sales psychology
• Knowledge and successful application of methods for converting clients from cold to hot
• Experience in selling SaaS and Enterprise products in the B2B segment
• Experience with client needs and objections
• Experience in forming a sales funnel and managing clients through it

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira and Hubspot systems
• Promotion of a similar product
• Scripting experience
• Experience with Binotel and Intercom
