About the Position
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. If you have experience in IT sales and account management, and you are passionate about building and growing a predictable sales pipeline using outbound and inbound channels, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Build and grow a predictable sales pipeline using outbound and inbound channels
- Coordinate the work of the lead generation manager (if applicable)
- Experiment with channels, hypotheses, and offers to improve outreach performance
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide reliable sales forecasts
- Act as the main point of contact during the presales stage
- Bridge communication between the client and the delivery team
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations
- Align budgets, engagement models, and payment terms with clients
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact
- Manage client expectations, scope, budgets, and overall satisfaction
- Identify potential risks early and help resolve issues before they escalate
- Run regular meetings and demos to keep everyone aligned
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, renewals, referrals, and overall account growth
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (spoken and written) - must-have
- 1+ year of experience in IT sales or account management
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence leading commercial discussions with clients
- Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
- Experience with LinkedIn and other outreach channels
- Experience preparing commercial proposals and presentations
- Understanding of the software development process (UI/UX, Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps)
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, and independence
