About the Position

We are seeking a Sales Office Manager to oversee sales operations, manage a team, and ensure efficient client service in Jasło, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Managing and co-creating the sales budget.
• Managing a small sales back office team, including organizing and coordinating daily work, delegating tasks, monitoring results, and ensuring efficiency and high-quality customer service.
• Administrative control of sales processes.
• Creating statements, calculations, and completing customer reports.
• Monitoring sales prices and margins.
• Managing and supervising the order fulfillment process.
• Supervising the complaint handling process.
• Collaborating with plant management.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Higher education (preferred fields: management, marketing, economics).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team management position, preferably in sales back office or customer service.
• English language proficiency enabling fluent business communication.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and effectively complete tasks.
